We're immediately hiring an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor for our 3rd shift operations in Miami, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in our Supply Chain Solutions division. **Pay & Schedule** This is an exempt salary position, paid twice per month, with an annual salary ranging from $68,000 to $71,800 based on experience. The 3rd shift schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 pm to 5:00 am. **What You'll Do** As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll work under the direction of the Logistics Manager to supervise, coordinate, and oversee all logistics operations. You'll be responsible for coaching, developing, and training your team, ensuring they perform to standard and meet business objectives. A key part of your role will be to recommend improvements for facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. Your day-to-day involves supervising logistics operations, planning and reviewing processes with the Logistics Manager to make sure they align with company standards and customer specifications. You'll establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate team activities to ensure optimal shift performance, and be accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Working closely with customers is essential as you'll collaborate on all aspects of operations. You'll meet regularly with team members—both as a group and individually—to track progress, coach, counsel, and celebrate successes. Cultivating team spirit through diversity and inclusion is important, as is promoting cooperation by seeking ways to improve internal processes. You'll also conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases when appropriate, and address performance issues through corrective action and discipline. Understanding the labor agreement and maintaining positive labor relations with all employees is a must. Additionally, you'll oversee health & safety and security initiatives, ensuring everyone follows company rules and policies, and provide proper orientation for new hires and lead hands. **What We're Looking For** - A high school diploma or GED is required. - While one year or more of experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution is preferred, it's not mandatory. - You must have between 0 and one year of direct supervisory or leadership experience—this is a required qualification. - This role is not DOT regulated. **Skills That Will Help You Succeed** We're seeking someone who instills commitment to organizational goals, has strong planning skills, and is results-oriented.
