Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking motivated, professional 1099 independent sales representatives to join our team.This is not an MLM, pyramid, or referral-based position -- it is a direct-to-client sales role.You will use company-provided data and a CRM system to reach out to potential customers through cold calls and cold emails.Your focus will be on building relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing deals.What We ProvideAccess to qualified prospect dataA professional CRM system for managing leads and opportunitiesProduct and process trainingOngoing team supportWhat You'll DoConduct outbound calls and send outreach emails to potential clientsFollow up on leads provided in the CRMManage your pipeline and sales activity independentlyMeet or exceed monthly performance goalsMaintain accurate records of communications and progressCompensationThis is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position.Commissions are paid on each deal closed based on Gross Revenue 30% commission in the first year15% commission in the second year5% commission in the third yearThere is no base salary , but the earning potential is uncapped.This position is for someone who understands we are in the ERA of the AI GOLD RUSH!!!
