They are seeking a Vacation Sales Coordinator (Linkage Marketing) to assist in providing Owners and guests with memorable vacation experiences through exceptional customer service and effective sales presentations.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service
- Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
Skills
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred
