[Remote] Marketing Process Analyst Senior or Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Progressive Insurance is seeking a senior or lead marketing process analyst to support its Personal Lines Media team. The role manages and optimizes vendor audience-enriched media impression data, guides data feed generation and validation, collaborates with engineering teams to improve delivery processes, and partners with media analytics teams to improve match rates and downstream data value.


Responsibilities

  • Support the management, oversight, and optimization of vendor audience-enriched media impression data
  • Prioritize the health, integrity, and strategic usability of complex data assets, while guiding the generation, validation, and analysis of data feeds that support internal data flows and distribution to external vendors
  • Work closely with engineering teams to improve the quality, efficiency, and reliability of data delivery processes
  • Partner with media analytics teams to analyze return data, improve match rates, and increase the business value and usability of downstream data

Skills

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience

  • Advanced SQL and Python skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets, with strong knowledge of database analysis, data quality controls, and data feed validation
  • Highly proficient with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, GitHub, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience working with vendor audience data, media impression data, and return data analysis, with the ability to identify strategic insights and integration opportunities from complex third-party or vendor data sources and identity graph solutions
  • Experience evaluating new data sources, influencing vendor data strategy, and supporting vendor onboarding or data partnerships, along with the ability to support ad hoc analytical efforts related to testing, model development, and tuning
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence partners, guide discussions, and share recommendations with technical and non-technical audiences
