Netflix Video Games Studio is looking for a skilled HR Project Manager to play a key role in executing on this imaginative and prescient vision. The role works closely with the games HR business partner team and the wider Netflix talent groups (e.g., talent acquisition, talent management, HR operations) to drive video-games-specific HR applications and tasks that attract, engage, and retain talent.

This position also includes an HR business partner element, providing daily HR support to managers and enabled teams (approximately 80 personnel in Operations, Live Carrier, and Tech Lab).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with games HR management to plan and manage strategic HR programs tailored to the video-games business needs.
  • Collaborate with broader talent groups to ensure smooth execution of key Netflix HR initiatives (e.g., succession planning, 360 feedback) and games-specific talent practices.
  • Leverage and analyze people and organizational data to drive HR agenda and recommendations.
  • Develop a framework to report on key HR metrics on a fixed cadence, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Provide HR data analysis support to HR partners as needed.
  • Support inclusion and diversity initiatives by providing project support and key I&D applications in partnership with recruiting, talent management, and HR commercial teams.
  • Guide HR integration efforts related to future acquisitions.
  • Partner with HR commercial partners to strengthen day-to-day HR relationships with managers and staff on all talent matters.
  • Triage inquiries and route escalations to appropriate functional experts (e.g., talent acquisition, operations, HR business partner).
  • Lead and collaborate with the ER crew on employee/ER subjects (e.g., terminations & exits, long-term disability, LOAs).
  • Train and guide managers on leadership effectiveness, inclusion & diversity, and organizational health.
  • Maintain understanding of key HR areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, talent density, manager & team effectiveness, and roll-out of talent programs.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in organizing, managing, and executing complex projects in various HR domains (organizational design, workforce planning, talent metrics).
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Relevant HR experience partnering with managers across the full employment lifecycle.
  • Business acumen and ability to make data-driven recommendations and prioritize.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed, global environment.
  • Experience or visibility in HR M&A and integration.
