Food Service Rep - Part-Time

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have. Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and customer requests. Maintain a clean and organized food service area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the food service department. Provide assistance to customers with dietary restrictions or allergies, and be able to suggest alternative food options. Uphold high standards of quality and presentation in all food items. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience. Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance guidelines. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members. Attend and participate in all training sessions and meetings as required. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling food and equipment. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Flexibility to work in various areas of the food service department, including deli, bakery, and prepared foods. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and professionalism. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company. Take initiative to solve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
