Coordinate and dispatch waste collection routes to ensure timely and efficient service for customers. Monitor and track waste collection trucks to ensure they are following assigned routes and completing tasks within designated timeframes. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding waste collection services. Communicate with drivers and other team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of daily operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of route schedules, customer information, and any changes or updates to routes. Utilize routing software and tools to optimize routes and streamline operations. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as route completion rate and customer satisfaction. Provide support and assistance to drivers and other team members as needed. Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
