Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Miami, FL. The Manager oversees daily operations within an assigned department or program area, ensuring that processes run efficiently and align with institutional goals and policies.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and supporting the delivery of high-quality educational and support services. The role involves setting priorities, monitoring performance metrics, managing resources and budgets, and addressing operational issues in a timely, solutions-focused manner. The Manager also collaborates with leadership, faculty, and community partners, contributes to strategic planning, and supports initiatives that enhance student experience and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management in an educational or related setting.
- Proficiency in operational planning, project coordination, and process improvement to support efficient department workflows.
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and reporting, with attention to detail and alignment to institutional policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree is beneficial.
- Experience in higher education, career and technical education, or workforce development is preferred.
