Job Overview Eagle Polishing is hiring an Aluminum Polisher to join our growing team in Miami. No prior experience required — we provide full paid training and supply all the materials and equipment you need.

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
Responsibilities
  • Polish and buff aluminum wheels, fuel tanks, trailers, and custom parts
  • Follow proper polishing procedures and safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Work efficiently as part of a team
  • Deliver mirror-grade finishes to client standards
Requirements
  • At least some experience in aluminum polishing, buffing, or a similar trade is preferred
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work outdoors and handle physical tasks
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and have working knowledge of English
